JIM’S GROUP FORMITIZE SET UP TERMS

It’s a Jim’s initiative that all new franchisees will have the service of a Jim’s Bookkeeper Certified Formitize Adviser to assist them to set-up of formitize.

The following are the terms of engagement for the SET-UP service provided by the Jim’s Bookkeeper Certified Formitize Adviser.

· Meeting – The set-up meeting may be face to face or if remote by online platform

Management Portal

· Help section – explain the help section and all the getting started videos for reference

· Company Setting – review and amend if required

· Link to XERO – If franchisee is using XERO accounting software then link direct with formitize. NOTE: Setting up XERO accounting software is not included, but if required the Jim’s Bookkeeper can assist and a change order will be agreed.

· Invoice setting – check and review the set-up of the invoice

· CRM other setting – check and review other setting including Quote, Purchasers, Accounts, Tax, Items

· CRM Contacts – educate how the CRM contacts section works

· CRM Jobs -  educate how the CRM jobs section works

· Scheduler - educate how the Scheduler section works

Formitize APP

· Educate how the formitize App works

Please note our terms does not cover the complete training of formitize, this should be carried out by your franchisor.

Investment for this set up service is $220 including GST.

NOTE: Jim’s Bookkeepers must successfully complete the Jim’s Bookkeepers Formitize Accreditation program to provide this service.
